Warranty Terms and Conditions
Maintain maximum protection under warranty by ensuring your motorcycle is inspected and if required serviced in accordance with the recommendations of the scheduled chart in the owner's handbook.
The appropriate service record must be stamped by your authorised Zapp Service Agent.
Whenever service, repair or warranty work is undertaken, the motorcycle service handbook must be made available to your Zapp Service Agent.
Within the warranty period, Zapp warrants the new Zapp vehicle to be free from any defect in materials used in the manufacture, and/or workmanship at the time of its manufacture.
Zapp will bear labour charges for work carried out under the warranty. The warranty may be transferred to subsequent owners for the balance of the remaining period.
Any part found to be defective during this period will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Zapp an authorized Zapp Service Agent.
Any parts replaced under warranty must be returned to Zapp by the authorized Zapp Service Agent and will become the property of Zapp.
Zapp may, at its discretion, make any repairs or replacement of defective parts falling outside the warranty, but such work shall not be deemed to be any admission of liability.
Warranty Conditions and Exclusions
This warranty shall be interpreted in accordance with English or European laws and any question arising from this warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English or European courts.
Any statement, condition, representation, description or warranty otherwise contained in any catalogue, advertisement or other publication shall not be construed as enlarging, varying or overriding anything contained herein.
Zapp reserves the right to make alterations or improvements without notification to any model or machine without obligation to do so to scooters already sold.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Transfer of Ownership
If you sell your Zapp vehicle, please contact Zapp via e-mail.
